Although the existing site is marked by a distinct geometric-square urban matrix, the new office complex is turning into a soft but still four-point building. In the spatial context, it occupies the position of a landmark that connects the surrounding objects into a spatially shaped and recognizable composition with absolute dominance over the rest- height dimensions and in a very specific form. From a geometrically pure Euclidean system we introduce a spatial layer with a  multidimensional sculptural - plastic spectrum, which offers endless possibilities for diverse and dynamic sequences. Metaphorically, the new object is presented in the form of a transformed 4 clover feathers, which roll over the area and  harmonize the integral spatial sequence.
